Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle is a certified box office smash, hitting $514 million worldwide after a $70 million weekend haul in foreign markets.
The Dwayne Johnson-led film won first place in 50 markets and now sits at $275 million internationally. The film is showing off impressive legs, and even continues to grow in certain markets, such as here in the United States, where the action-comedy topped the box office for the first time in its three week release with an estimated $37.3 million (for a $244 million domestic total), something nobody could have predicted about a film going head-to-head with the newest Star Wars entry.
